Meditation days and retreats to help create the habits of mind and body to develop inner strength and freedom from turmoil, to find a place of inner calm.

Meditation is state of being. It allows to rest in our true nature, to disregard all other distractions and so find a place of profound stillness in our bodies, thoughts and feelings. 

Courses & Retreats

All our courses are accessible to everyone - we teach a non-religious practice that allows people with any faith, or conviction, to learn and benefit from the richness of meditation.
I am a trained Meditation Teacher and have made meditation a part of my life. I want to share my own learning and help others to benefit from its transformative effects and find their own inner harmony.

Nature Journaling & Wellbeing Retreat


I'm very excited to be working with wonderful artist Alex Boon to provide some meditation sessions for his residential art weekend in June at the beautiful School of Art and Wellbeing in East Devon.
