My philosophy is simple - ‘you teach best what you most need to learn’ (Richard Bach) and the journey into meditation is one that never ends, so I share my learning in order to continue to learn myself.
My reason for meditating is simply to find peace and calm; to be compassionate towards myself and hence others and to build on a natural serenity that seems to increasingly accompany my life. I use meditation to find my inner self – my personal spirituality.
